The COVID – 19 outbreak is changing our everyday lives and our work lives, on a daily basis.  At Link + Customs Brokers we realize the critical role that we play in keeping your International supply chain functioning. 

Our commitment to you is to use all efforts practicable to ensure that our freight services and Customs Clearance services are provided with no delay or interruption. 

Currently, all of our offices are running normally. 

We are adhering to the best and most current advice to minimize any potential impact on our staff.  This includes restrictions on visitors to our offices and restrictions on business travel, hand washing, social distancing and awareness.  Additionally, any employees exposed to the virus are to self isolate for 14 days.

We are working with our business partners, such as the CBSA, to stay current on the situation at all ports of entry and to implement adjusted business practices, as necessary.

Finally, we are formulating contingency plans such as work from home and/or shifting work between our geographically disbursed offices to allow for business continuity in a worst case scenario.
