The Canada Border Services Agency re-issued its Guide to exporting commercial goods from Canada.

Electronic export declarations are required in almost every instance and certain goods are prohibited from exportation to certain countries, may require export permits, etc.

The Guide provides step by step information on the obligations of exporters in regard to Canadian laws and regulations.
