Barley products tariff rate quota deadline extended to December 22

Global Affairs Canada issued a new notice advising that the deadline for the closure of the 2021-2022 Barley Products Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) will be extended to 11:59 pm local time on December 22, 2021 (instead of the previously announced date of November 22).

The within access commitment tariff items will then be closed and the “over access commitment” rates of duty will then be applicable until July 31, 2022.
